This project presented a unique challenge for our team. The client approached us after discovering that the existing fire doors in their newly leased London premises were opening in the wrong direction for a designated fire exit. They required an urgent, compliant solution that would meet building regulations while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.

We supplied and installed new outward opening fire exit doors, ensuring full compliance with a 60 minute fire rating. To achieve this, our team constructed a partition system within the existing structure and installed new compliant fire exits. This tailored approach provided a flexible and reversible solution, allowing the new doors to be removed with minimal disruption and the original doors reinstated once the lease ends.
