We began this project by carrying out a fire door condition survey across all fire-rated doors on site. The survey revealed that many of the existing doors were beyond repair due to damage caused by the previous tenant, who had removed maglocks and access control equipment, leaving the doors non-compliant.

Following our report, we supplied, installed and certified 44 new fire door sets, each finished in a durable, laminated surface suited to the building’s new purpose. All works were completed during the summer holidays, ensuring the site was fully ready and compliant for the new school opening.
